By accessing and using EaziGarage, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

EaziGarage provides workshop management software for auto repair shops, including client management, vehicle tracking, quotes, jobs, and invoicing functionality.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the billing period.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you enter into EaziGarage. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not access your data except to provide the service or as required by law.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

EaziGarage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
